OA Events & Updates

The Wulapeju Lodge will be working a Cub Scout Fun Area in Grant Park on April 24th starting at 9:00 AM. If you are interested in helping please contact your Chapter Chief for more details. We would like to see you there and strengthen the bond of brotherhood in service!

Area Conclave will be held April 30-May 2nd at the Chicago Naval Station. This event is in substitution for our normal Section Conclave in the Fall. It's going to be a great opportunity for all arrowmen and we need you to sign up today. Don't miss out on this opportunity! The first 20 members registered from our Lodge will receive $10 off of the normal registration fee which is $25 for youth and $30 for Adults.

Our latest update on Area Conclave is Wulapeju is currently LEADING THE SECTION in percentage on our goal of members to the event.
1 Wulapeju – Rockford 24.0%
2 Lakota – Mt. Prospect 20.8%
3 Waupecan – Morris 16.6%
4 Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan – Highland Park 7.5%

Although we may be in the lead now, we still have a lot of work to hit our goal first. We need you to register for Conclave TODAY!

Also, the latest addition of The Flight (our newsletter) was sent out on March 15, if you do not receive it, please let us know and we will check our database. Spring Fellowship registration can be found in there and this is an event you aren't going to want to miss out on. It will be held June 4-6. This will be the first event that we will have our 2009 Quality Lodge patches and we will be having a few extra activities in celebration!
